With a background in education and hospitality, I bring a passion for organization, efficiency, and connection to my role as Office Manager. Prior to joining The Practice, I spent several years as a Spanish teacher, an experience that allowed me to refine my communication skills and foster a deep appreciation for the importance of clear, compassionate interaction. I also hold a New York City tour guide license, which has given me a unique perspective on connecting with people from all walks of life while managing the logistical challenges of a fast-paced environment.

My diverse professional experiences have helped me develop a keen attention to detail and a deep commitment to service. In addition to my work in education and hospitality, I have also led numerous groups abroad, coordinating travel, managing schedules, and ensuring that everyone’s needs were met.

With a strong foundation in hospitality, I’m able to anticipate and respond to client needs with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued. My background has ingrained in me the importance of creating a positive, seamless experience, whether coordinating behind the scenes or interacting directly with clients, and I bring that same level of care to my role at The Practice.

Outside of my professional experience, I’ve volunteered with a dog rescue organization for many years. This volunteer work has deepened my empathy and understanding of the importance of community, compassion, and the impact of small acts of care. These values inform my approach to my role at The Practice, where I am committed to fostering a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
